While we consider the business-worthiness of sites like Facebook and Twitter that try help people and businesses put a face on each other, these companies are now having to look in the mirror.
A site that has been a curiosity to me for the last few months has been Yelp.com. This is an online community where you can be the critic and tell people what you think of other businesses. However, it appears Yelp is one of the companies dealing with some bad ratings itself. Nothing terrible, but this story sheds some light on how setting up a feedback system can backfire.
